Eileen helped me purchase my first home. I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful Eileen was to work with. What I most loved about Eileen was her patience - I never once felt pressured to make a decision. Eileen was always willing and available to talk through any decision, and she could always tell when I wasn't quite comfortable with something (and would continue to talk through whatever it was that wasn't sitting quite right with me). Eileen knows her stuff and she knows the market. I felt very comfortable with the advice she gave on how to best position my offers - it was clear that she had ample experience in this tricky Seller's market and understood how to navigate the challenges that presented. Eileen went above and beyond in all aspects - from attending open houses with me to call to get quotes for asbestos removal, she did way more than just present me with listings. Eileen was beyond helpful throughout our home-buying process. We ended up with offers on three homes with the last one being the winner! Eileen was honest yet sensitive with the homes that we thought we liked, she always reminded us of our "wants" in a home. For example, we looked at a home on a busy main road, we thought we were going to love the home. She was patient with showing it to us but as we stood in the driveway talking about the house she reminded us how focused we were to be on a Quiet side street. Sometimes as a buyer you start to get desperate and willing to make sacrifices with things you really want, Eileen was there to keep us focused and say "I don't think this is our best option", she was 100% right! I feel so lucky to have found Eileen. My parents were moving from Arizona to Boston and had very specific requirements for the type of rental they wanted. Eileen was so knowledgeable and patient and with her help, we were able to really quickly weed through the available properties online so that we could make the best use of time for my mom's house-finding visit. Eileen was incredibly responsive and despite the fact that we changed the search parameters several times in the process she stayed a step ahead and could give us good insight into the timing, location, and feasibility of the different buildings we were looking for. With her help, we found (my rather picky parents) a place on our first day of visiting units.
