As a 15-year resident in Boston's Back Bay, Eileen has a thorough knowledge of Boston's neighborhoods. Having sold over $50M in properties, Eileen has a proven track record of success and experience.
Described as knowledgeable, honest, caring, diligent, efficient, responsive, and dependable, clients are her top priority. Inventory in Boston has been very low and her negotiation skills have helped her clients buy homes in multiple offer scenarios. On the flip side, her expertise in pricing properties correctly has created multiple offers for her selling clients.
As a graduate of the Juilliard School, Eileen has transferred her drive, discipline, and problem-solving skills to real estate, drawing on her former professional career as a concert violinist. As an artist with an eye for interior and artistic design, she loves assisting clients in making improvements and decorating ideas that will enhance your home's marketability.
On a personal side, Eileen enjoys time with her family. She and her husband, who is a Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon, are empty nesters. Not only do they enjoy the Boston Symphony and observing new talent from nearby music schools, but they are also avid Boston Sports fans with season tickets to the Red Sox and the Patriots. Their pride and joy is their son who recently graduated from Harvard and is now living in NYC.
Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, she would be pleased to help you navigate your real estate goals, making the process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. If you would like to learn more about Boston's real estate climate, please feel free to drop me a text, email, or give me a call! I'm happy to assist with your real estate needs!
